I work with women who find themselves navigating life transitions-menopause, health changes, career shifts, divorce, empty nest, and retirement. If you're feelig depleted, stuck or unsure of who you are, I help you reconnect with yourself, rebuild self-trust and feel more grounded and empowered in your relationships and daily life. My specialties include: Midlife transitions, codependency, grief, cancer recovery, self-worth, CBT-I for insomnia.
As a seasoned therapist, I use talk therapy, parts work, EMDR and energy work to usher in healing in mind, body and spirit. With my holistic approach, I help individuals to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness and relational issues, so they can heal permanently and experience a happier, more abundant life.
