I combine psychotherapy with art, nature, and mindful movement for nurturing a felt sense of belonging, acceptance, and aliveness for support that is as unique as you. I specialize in working with those that feel like outsiders and misfits in midlife or other transitions to explore and create self, spiritual, and relational connection that works for them.

I help those that feel like they don't fit in, finally find a feeling of home within by providing supportive, affirming, and nurturing space. I aim to support other misfits, rebels, outcasts, and "black sheep" in finding self-acceptance, deeper connection to themselves, others, and something more for an embodied sense of belonging and joy.

Women's Midlife Metamorphosis Therapy Group

Join us for this online therapy group with other women and nonbinary people in Iowa that are navigating midlife transitions (identity, true self, aging, health, career, sexuality, relationships, roles, spirituality, meaning/purpose) that are causing distress and feelings of anxiety, fear, sadness, despair, isolation, or grief and are looking for self, spiritual, and relational connection and creative ways to cope.
