I have experience and enjoy working with individuals as well as couples and families on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity, gender dysphoria, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, separation, conscious uncoupling, divorce and a wide range of relationship issues. I am LGBTQIA+ Ally and Affirming. I work best with people who are curious and want to understand relational dynamics with others and equally important, how they talk to and treat themselves.
My passion is offering a safe environment to explore values and discover together what gets in the way of living one's best life. I use my skills to help people cultivate the self-compassion, self-awareness and courage needed to do this valuable work. I offer a space to explore our common humanity along with evidence based treatment practices.
In addition to a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership with 20+ years working in the medical and business industry that has afforded me lots of life experiences to draw from. I utilize this wealth of knowledge to provide context and compassion for many different stages of life.
