Are you struggling with memories or physical sensations of trauma from your childhood or past? Or do you struggle to remember much of your childhood? Are you feeling disconnected from others and yourself? Do you get stuck in feelings of anger, irritability or fear? It would be an honor to walk with you on your journey of feeling more grounded and more yourself. Laura has 15 years of experience supporting those with anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, caregiver-child relationship struggles, adoption and foster care issues, complex-PTSD, PTSD, dissociation, and abuse (emotional, verbal, physical, sexual and religious abuse).
Laura uses trauma informed, evidence based and attachment focused approaches to provide a tailored therapeutic experience for each client. She is highly trained in the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems and parts work, Attachment Style and Inner Child work, mindfulness, and incorporates Somatic Experiencing.
