My philosophy of therapy is that we all need to be seen and heard, and we also sometimes need new tools, skills and insights to approach our problems in a different way. I use an integrative approach that is both humanistic and behavioral, and sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.

I am passionate about working with people of all nationalities, identities, abilities and cultures. I am LGBTQIA+-affirming and allied and enjoy working with queer individuals and couples.
