I have experience in inpatient and outpatient settings working with adults and teens ages 13+ struggling with a variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety, substance use, depression, relationship issues, and spiritual issues. I am EMDR trained and combine trauma work with person-centered or cognitive approaches.

I know firsthand what it's like to feel overwhelmed by life circumstances, thoughts, and emotions. I also know firsthand what it's like to find true healing from the weight of it all.
