I have experience in inpatient and outpatient settings working with adults and teens ages 13+ struggling with trauma, anxiety, substance use, depression, relationship issues, and spiritual issues. I am EMDR trained and combine trauma work with person-centered and cognitive approaches.
I know firsthand what it's like to feel overwhelmed by thoughts, emotions, and just life. I also know firsthand what it's like to find true healing. Though it may feel like it, your situation is not hopeless, and healing is possible.
