Life is hard, I get it. Sometimes, life’s circumstances can make the smallest tasks unbearable and make you feel alone. You don’t have to feel that way because I am here for you. Let’s work together to make things a little easier. Leading with positivity, my calm and compassionate presence helps foster a safe, open, and judgment-free environment where you can be your true self. I returned to school in my 40s after working in business and raising kids. It is never too late to make a change and reach your fullest potential. Life is too short not to at least try!

I specialize in Grief, Somatic and Person-Centered Therapies that focus on the mind/body connection, strength-building, and acceptance. I am trained in Brainspotting Levels 1 and 2. I am completing Certified Grief Educator training June 2025, and will complete Healing Embodied Somatic Practitioner Training in early 2026.
I am acutely aware of navigating complex family dynamics, including raising children, dating, marriage, divorce, single parenthood, life transitions, aging parents, illness, grief, and loss. I currently volunteer with children who have experienced the loss of a parent or sibling.
