I work with individuals helping them find their inner voice and strength, and helping them build their self-confidence and self-esteem. I also work with couples to improve their communication, intimacy and happiness. In addition, I work extensively with adolescents helping them through a difficult life stage.
I believe a genuine, accepting, and non-judgmental approach is key to helping my clients effectively address personal life challenges, allows them to make healthy changes and provides healing. I believe that a life lived more intentionally and self-aware leads to a life with more meaning, purpose and fulfillment.
