About
Change can be challenging, but it also opens us up to living life more enjoyably and resiliently. If you are considering therapy to improve your relationships, improve your mood, or to gain a better understanding of yourself and those around you, please feel free to call me for a free phone consultation. My general philosophy toward psychotherapy is that it provides you with the ability to experience greater happiness and fulfillment, while also strengthening you for the challenges life brings.
I find that once people use therapy as a place where they can get something useful to incorporate into their lives, it becomes a valuable experience with many positive outcomes.
I am currently accepting Aetna and United/Oxford/Optum as an in network provider and working with all other insurance plans as an out of network provider. If you do not have insurance we can work together to determine a manageable fee.
