I am Laura Van Hook, LCSW with 22 years of social work experience in multiple settings including inpatient behavioral health, inpatient medical, crisis services, schools, and hospice. I am passionate about helping people live their best lives- whatever that looks like for them. I have years of experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, and trauma. I am also passionate about supporting individuals and families who are impacted by chronic medical conditions, disability, or grief and loss. My amazing team of therapists and case managers are ideally suited to help you meet your therapy goals.
I bring multiple modalities to play in supporting you. I utilize EMDR (EMDR trained) TF-CBT, and CPT in treating trauma. I work with CBT and ACT and other modalities to support clients with neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression. I am level 1 Gottman trained and use this, CBT, Ester Perel and ACT with couples. I am LGBTQ allied and affirming.
