Laura specializes in complex trauma recovery, post traumatic growth and nervous system regulation. All the therapy she does is evidence-based and is designed to be empowering, with a focus on de-pathologizing the person. All interventions are integrated from a trauma-informed and polyvagal informed perspective. She is radically relational and experiential.
