I specialize in helping clients figure out where they’d like to see improvements in their lives. This could be related to many things including gender, sexuality, relationships, anxiety and depression, or emotional regulation.
I have worked for several years with the LGBTQIA+ community. As a member, I am passionate about working with the community to help clients live a more authentic life. I believe therapy works best when you enter a space where you feel comfortable to be vulnerable, and I strive to create that space together in session.
