We betray ourselves in a lot of ways, especially as women, as we try to please our loved ones. But self-betrayal is harmful, especially if it is a response to being betrayed by others. I am here to help you in your healing journey as you get to know and trust yourself so that you can make choices for yourself out of a sense of love and freedom- not fear or control. If you are anxious, stressed, or have been betrayed- know that trusting yourself may be the key to unlocking a full life.

I help women and men who have been betrayed through infidelity or a partner's porn/sex addiction. I support couples rebuild trust and I offer premarital counseling.
