Beginning the Journey
This 6-week education and support group is designed for adults of all genders who have experienced trauma. In this group you will learn: the basics of trauma and it's affects, how to recognize and respond to triggers, how to support and advocate for yourself, and how to communicate with your support system. You will also have the opportunity to share and listen to others in a supportive, trauma-informed space. You will need to complete a 20-minute phone screening to ensure group fit. Group meets on Wednesday evenings from January 3 - February 7.
