I work with individuals ranging in age from adolescence to the elderly. I have worked with clients who have a wide variety of experiences from Anxiety and Depression, Attachment and Boundary issues, Grief, Trauma, Addictions, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. I believe counseling is successful when both the client and the therapist work together to develop goals that the client feels are best for them to achieve the client's desired change. My goal as a counselor is to help my clients heal emotionally and to grow in learning more about themselves mentally and emotionally.

I cater to my client's needs and what best works with their personal growth. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy most often as it is adaptable and applicable to a wide range of needs.

I take great honor in working with individuals to heal and grow from the experiences that they have. I make it my goal to create a safe space for each client to be open and vulnerable in their own time. I know the work that it takes to go through a counseling journey as a client, and I want to be a support for my clients.
