If you are struggling with anxiety related to relationships, career, or school, I can help. I enjoy being a witness to your life and being the one with you as you grow. Adolescents tend to respond well to me and make up at least half of my clients. If you are an adult struggling with anxiety, narcissistic abuse, depression, or transitions like career changes, relationship changes, and life purpose issues, we could also be a fit. You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation or a full session; it's totally up to you. We have our Teen Anxiety Group starting at the beginning of September 14th, 2026.

It can be hard to find a therapist where you feel a connection. The feedback I receive regularly is that people tend to feel comfortable with me. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, IFS, or mindfulness-based therapy, as well as other treatment modalities to help. I also just graduated in 2018 from a 2-year comprehensive program in Hakomi Therapy.

Teen Anxiety Group for Teens (15-18yo)

Weekly group for teens, age 15-18, that runs for 10 weeks. Creative art, DBT, and CBT to learn new coping skills for anxiety. Teens learn best each other giving feedback from a similar experience. We work on self-esteem; anxiety: test, social, school and phobias. October 20, 2025 starts our next 10 week session. Popular group, snacks each week. Early Teen Anxiety Support Group Ages 11-14

Saturdays for 9 week long sessions. 10am to 11:30am. Art, group therapy and breakfast snacks. The first hour is an anxiety coping skill and an art project. DBT, CBT are the modalities we use. The second part is a process group therapy for them to talk about their feelings. We have two therapists so we will break into smaller groups for the 2nd part. Popular group so sign up soon.
