Life is journey that leads us down many different roads. At times we find ourselves in front of a road block that stops that journey and interferes with our ability to move forward on our path. This feeling can often leave us overwhelmed, stressed and disheartened. I work alongside individuals to help them find insight and the tools they need to move through road blocks and take positive steps in the right direction.
We will work together to reduce stress, limiting beliefs and behaviors, anxiety, depression, and heal trauma. You will find the support you need to take steps that will bring you to a place within yourself that is empowered, strong and confident. I offer experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT and mindfulness interventions.
