As a licensed professional counselor, I have been working successfully with teens and young adults for more than 18 years in a variety of settings. I believe that healing occurs within the therapeutic relationship. My approach to helping people become their healthiest selves involves finding out what is working in their lives and help strategize about how to expand those positive aspects. I provide individual counseling services to teens, young adults, and adults dealing with anxiety, depressive symptoms, trauma symptoms, unresolved grief and loss, ADHD, anger relationship issues, life transitions, and overall stress management. I specialize in emotion regulation, self-defeating thinking patterns, emotional crises, and family dysfunction.
My clients have shared that they experience improved self-esteem, resiliency, personal responsibility, positive coping skills and overall well-being in my care.
