I am a psychotherapist who specializes in trauma, and has been working with adults in the Cincinnati area for nearly 30 years. I have a passion for women's issues. In my practice I have found success working with individuals who struggle with symptoms of trauma, grief, anxiety and depression including C-PTSD. My client's have experienced different forms of abuse, infertility, chronic illness, loss of a loved one, cancer and much more.
In addition I have experience in assisting families when a mental health crisis occurs. I assist clients and family members as they learn to navigate the challenges of severe mental illness.
A central focus of my work is individual empowerment. I believe that every person has something - hardship, pain, and suffering. You need to be in charge of that "something" or it will be in charge of you.
