I have been in practice 23 years and the people I work with have described me as warm, sincere, non-judgmental, and funny.
I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy with straight and same-sex couples. EFT allows you to get to know yourself and your partner at a deeper level, working together to overcome obstacles that get in the way of connecting.
Additionally, I have 18 years experience of treating trauma using EMDR and other somatic resources. I am poly informed and affirming.
