Are you suffering from trauma? Sometimes old hurts continue to haunt and impede your healing, and sometimes new pain gets you stuck. I have specialized in healing trauma for 25 years and help struggling people release their pain and see the future with optimism. I also help clients who have performance issues. Everyone who strives for excellence can become blocked, and the techniques I use have had stunning success in enhancing performance of athletes - professional and amateurs- artists, executives and others. I work in person and through telehealth.
Talk therapy isn't always enough. It doesn't address the part of the brain where trauma is stored. I specialize in complex trauma and use treatment modalities like Brainspotting and EMDR to help hundreds of clients. Through the use of cutting-edge techniques, providing a safe environment, and a caring relationship, I will help you achieve your goals.
