I have 3 pillars that shape and inform my approach in therapy: emotional self-awareness, boundaries &sense of self.I will always meet you where you are in your own journey and we will work together to create goals so our time together is what you are looking for.I use a variety of approaches in session & adapt to your needs as they come up.I primarily work with young children (under 10) & their guardians/parents are involved in treatment as well so we can all work together to best support the child. I also love to support adults (20+) in life transitions,challenges with anxiety,trauma recovery & new and expecting parents.
As a Ceritified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor I offer support through all stages of pregnancy & postpartum & incorporate my knowledge with children ages 0-5 in this work and parenting. I have enjoyed getting to work with adults to navigate the ever changing landscapes we go through at each stage of life and the challenges & healing that come with them.
