Dialectical Behavior includes skills coaching in four areas Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Distress Tolerance. These tools will help you to cope and enable you to process trauma. The individual component helps you integrate skills learned into daily life which in turn, helps you build a life worth living.
