I am trained in many therapeutic methods and integrate these in ways to best serve each client. I focus on deep insight while teaching you tools you can use immediately to reduce distress. If you have experienced trauma, I can help you process it with EMDR. I am trained in clinical hypnosis and have helped many clients with various needs.
