My name is Laura, and I have been working in the counseling profession for the last 10 years. I have worked with clients to address a wide variety of concerns ranging from Depression and ADHD, to Autism Spectrum Disorders and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. I worked in intensive home based settings prior to shifting into the private practice world. I am now shifting again to focus on equine assisted therapy, which is a relationship-based and trauma informed practice. I offer in person and telehealth options.
I utilize a strength-based approach in my work with clients, as we all are captains of our own ship. My goal is to help each client map out the course to each individual goal and provide support throughout the journey.
