My goal is to support you in finding meaning and being more present in your life, utilizing a holistic approach that fits your unique strengths, needs, and culture. I am passionate about supporting teens, adults, and couples through this client-lead, goal-oriented approach. I am a counselor, art therapist, and certified in EMDR. These approaches allow me to meet a wide array of client needs, from day-to-day stress and anxiety, to the healing of deep trauma wounds or other stuck points as we expand toward your new areas of growth. Together, we will focus on your strengths to create a plan that feels supportive and achievable for you.

My professional background includes working with individuals who have experienced substance use and addiction, childhood trauma, postpartum struggles, and those who want to build a greater sense of self-love. During our sessions, I will bring my most authentic self in order to get to know the most genuine version of you so that we might reauthor your story.
