I support people to feel more capable, motivated, and self-accepting and to reduce feelings of overwhelm, chronic indecision, and anxiety. You deserve to trust in yourself, in others, and in your abilities so you can make decisions and take steps forward. I specialize in supporting adults and children with diagnoses of C-PTSD and OCD, and neurodivergence such as ADHD and Autism. Because I am an art therapist, we can also process experiences through art-making that feel outside of spoken language. For kids and adults with OCD, I utilize ERP, the gold standard of OCD treatment.
I utilize relational, in-depth, and trauma-informed therapies coupled with evidence-based techniques. I am skilled at engaging with clients of all ages and love to support families. I am a queer clinician. I am warm, authentic, and gentle, but will also challenge you to allow for growth. Together, we will find what's the right mix for you specifically.
