I offer individual, couple, and family therapy. Sessions can be conducted face:face or via video telehealth (HIPAA compliant). Much of my work centers on supporting people who are facing career and/or relationship challenges. Many are going through difficult life transitions. Additionally, I frequently treat people with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I am trained in various approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT). My aim is to help my clients clarify and achieve their goals through a strengths-based approach which is tailored to their needs. I can stay quietly attuned when clients need the space to share their stories and be interactive when they want my feedback.
