I help women find freedom in their relationship with alcohol. Together we can explore the root causes of your drinking and create goals and a plan to get you back to your highest you. I work with a variety of treatment approaches, including mindfulness, nervous system regulation, EMDR for current or past traumas and neuroscience to lower anxiety.
My work is guided by my belief that counseling is a collaborative effort based on empathy and acceptance. I offer a non-judgmental relationship and safe environment where you can share your story.
