I offer individual/couples counseling, Enneagram consulting/typing.
I graduated from Mercer University with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017. I am a Certified Enneagram Coach and have certificates in Music Therapy & Sound Healing, and Diversity Equity & Inclusion. I believe the power to grow is within you, and I consider it a privilege to be a part of your journey.
I have lived in East Nashville since 2018, and you can usually find me watching Braves baseball, college football, or in my kitchen with a good playlist (think Nina Simone, Dr. Dog, Aretha, R.E.M, Dire Straits, Muddy Waters, and more) cooking something delicious alongside my Border Collie, Finn and Great Pyrenees, Emmylou.
