I am a licensed professional counselor and board approved supervisor for those seeking licensure. I believe that by helping to lift clients up, I can provide hope for change and healing. I am a licensed professional counselor with advanced clinical certifications in trauma and grief. I help people with a wide range of challenges including trauma, grief and loss, depression and anxiety. I work with individuals 18 years of age and up and utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to help you grow, heal and reach your goals. My experience has taught me that everyone has specific needs, and I am here to meet those needs.
