For a decade, I've had the privilege of supporting people through life's hardest and most meaningful chapters. My style is collaborative and tailored to you - because no two people, and no two paths to healing, look the same. My approach to therapy is eclectic but it is rooted in attachment and psychodynamic theories and EMDR. Understanding where you've been is often the key to where you're going.
I look beyond symptoms to explore the systems, experiences, and identities that shape who you are and how you move through the world. I'm here to help you work through it — whatever 'it' looks like for you. My practice is inclusive & affirming to all — with a particular passion for supporting trans and queer clients.
