I have been in the counseling ministry for over 30 years. I am dedicated to assist families and individuals within the community who may suffer with anxiety, depression, or anger, and are looking for ways to find peace, healing, and resolve conflict. I can help you with mindfulness exercises, create new communication skills, how to learn to improve emotional intelligence and gain spiritual well-being. I also have a desire to work with those who may be suffering with grief or loneliness to find joy and peace.
I have a desire to help you to find healing and restoration through faith in God. I want to help you fulfill your true purpose in life and understand why you were created by teaching you to mindfully write a new life script for yourself. I believe my advance certification in cognitive behavioral techniques is most helpful in these cases.
I understand that we all come from some kind of dysfunction or traumatic experience. That is why I am not here to judge you. I will encourage you and journey with you as we create a plan of action to help produce positive change in your life that will eventually become your newly formed habits.
