My special interests lie in facilitating better communication and enriching relationships, breaking cycles of co-dependency, improving self-esteem and self-worth, and helping individuals achieve their life goals and visions. I work best with a client who has a desire to take part in the process, who has insight into their problems and who is willing to work in between sessions using therapeutic tools that I give them.
