Existing as a queer person is hard. I get it! Hello, I'm Laura. I'm a therapist who proudly identifies as queer. I specialize in somatic and relationship therapy for queer and trans adults who've been through hard things and feel disconnected, small, and exhausted. Maybe this resonates for you! You want to show up in your relationships as your full, messy, authentic self. You're done and you're ready for more. More connection with yourself. More connection with your partner(s). More liberation from old wounds. And more joy in your daily life. You don't have to do this alone - I can help.
We're probably a good fit to work together if you long for a nurturing and structured space where you can dig into themes of self-esteem, sex, relationships, and family. My job is to provide a space that is just for you - in which you, or you and your partner(s), feel seen and heard exactly as you are.
Together, we'll unpack the ways that your unconscious scripts try to sabotage you. Simply existing as a queer person can feel overwhelming and draining. Move from feeling stuck and lonely in your life and relationships to feeling cared for, grounded, and connected. It can take time and hard work, but I'm confident that we can get you there. Let's talk.
