As your therapist, my goal is to provide you with a holistic space that allows you to process current life struggles/stressors, learn from past mistakes/disruptive patterns of behavior, and empower you to continue making forward movement on your personal journey.
I equally believe in accountability for everyone engaged in our therapeutic alliance. When we own it, we can recognize it. When we recognize it, we can learn from it. When we learn from it, we can grow from it. Life gets messy, but we humans are resilient. Sometimes we just need a little extra support and guidance to remind us of how capable we are.
