Hi, I’m Laura Grant, a licensed clinical social worker empathetically serving adults of all ages across Alabama. Throughout our time together, we’ll reflect on current struggles, explore past patterns, and work together to build practical coping skills rooted in ACT, CBT, and a strengths-based mindset.
