When you cut a tree down and look at the growth rings added every year, you can see the way fire, water, wind, and people have impacted its life each year. I believe that people are no different. Our environment shapes us, and nevertheless we grow. Some years are harder than others, but even within the hard years, growth takes place.

I am constantly amazed at the resilience of the human spirit, despite all we encounter in life. My hope is to provide you support and a therapeutic relationship within our sessions that helps you better understand yourself and your relationships outside of therapy. I accept everyone: all faiths, sexual orientations, gender identities, all races and kinks.

All faiths, sexual orientations, gender identities, all races and abilities are welcome in my office. I personally identify as a queer, bisexual, cisgender provider, a parent, a spouse, a person with ADHD, and someone in recovery. I’ve been working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community since 2018.
