How we make meaning out of both joy and suffering defines much of how we navigate through our lives. Having a space to work through that journey toward meaning with support can make all the difference. My goal is to help my clients move bravely in the direction of what is most important to them by considering past, present, and future in a thoughtful, intentional, and holistic way. Areas of specialty include: chronic/complex pain management, insomnia, adjustment to illness, PTSD and complex trauma, and relationship issues. I also work with professionals who have experienced work-related trauma (medical/first responders, legal, etc)
You will discover quickly that I am a curious and committed person, and I trust our ability to leverage my expertise and experience together with your courage and willingness to do this important work to help you benefit most from therapy. Identity, and how you view yourself moving through your life and toward your goals, is a key component of my approach.
Let's work together to balance comfort and support with the challenge necessary to grow through therapy. You can expect to find hope in our work, and renewed faith in your ability to change your life, no matter what brought you through the door. Thank you for considering sharing this leg of your journey with me!
