Something happened. Or maybe it's been quietly building for years, loss that won't fade, anxiety that won't quiet down, or a trauma that changed how you see yourself and the world. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to keep carrying it alone. My clients are children, teens, and adults who are carrying more than they should have to carry alone. They come in exhausted from holding it together, struggling to feel present, or wondering why they can't just "move on." They want to feel like themselves again. I work in English and Spanish and welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities across New York City.
I'm a licensed psychologist with 20+ years of experience and a PhD from Columbia University. I specialize in trauma, loss, and anxiety, using an integrative approach, AEDP, IFS, CBT, and trauma-focused methods, tailored to each person. I offer in-person sessions in Tribeca and virtual therapy statewide.
Healing doesn't mean forgetting; it means the weight stops running everything. I create a space where you can be honest about the grief, the fear, the things you haven't said out loud yet.
