I am passionate about providing a safe space for clients to process their hurts and heal relational wounds. Taking that first step toward therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel supported and encouraged along the way. My therapy style is collaborative and focused on your needs and therapy goals.
My training has been focused on integrating the latest research in neuroscience and counseling with a biblical worldview. I am a trauma-informed therapist with specialized training in addressing trauma, including using EMDR to address past wounds.
I offer premarital and marriage counseling and I am trained as a facilitator of Prepare/Enrich and I am Level 1 trained in PACT (a couples therapy model). I also work with individuals helping them navigate anxiety, depression, and past or present trauma.
