My goal in therapy is to allow my clients to create more space in their lives and build healthier patterns. Our relationships are a large part of what make us who we are, yet our relationships can also be a great source of frustration, coupled with the stresses of daily life. I use a strengths-based, integrative approach in therapy, working with individuals, couples, and families. I find that the ideal time for a client to enter therapy is when one feels stuck or notices negative patterns, and is ready to create a positive change.
I work with couples in all stages of their relationships, and especially enjoy doing premarital work with couples starting a new chapter of life. I often work with individuals in their 20s and 30s to help navigate stress, relationships (romantic, with their families or friends), and change in their lives.
My approach is empathic yet real, built on the foundation of mutual trust and respect. I work to create a safe space for you to explore and bring more intentionality and balance to your life. I often integrate mindfulness and stress management into sessions.
