I enjoy working with women, LBGTQ+ folks, polyamorous folks, or those who are interested in exploring unique relationship structures. However, I love helping a variety of folks from all walks of life. I aim to help people find the resources they need and find their authentic selves. Often symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD are the result of trauma. As a trauma clinician, I enjoy walking with my clients back through their painful experiences in a safe manner, helping them appropriately process so that their symptoms can be relieved and they can live a fulfilling life according to their truth.
I am passionate about healing, holistic therapies, and any way in which the body and psyche are looked at as a system. In addition to my reflective listening skills & curiosity, I use Neurofeedback, EMDR, and internal family systems. I also use archetypal mechanisms, such as Astrology and Tarot, at times as tools to explore the psyche.
