I work with individuals of all backgrounds and personal experiences. I work closely with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and traumatic-stress. My approach is client-centered and addresses the function of symptoms in halting one's progress and healthy functioning. I help individuals speak and process their adverse experiences as well as learn skills to improve their relationship to self and others.
I have extensive trauma-informed and relationship-based experience and training, through evidenced based practices including Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security, EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health. I also specialize in working with and Adults with trauma.
I truly believe that each person is born with a foundation of strength and resilience. My job is to help foster what is already growing within an individual, and support their unique journey through life and hardships.
