I have journeyed with some of the most resilient people: Holocaust survivors, single-moms working two jobs, individuals grappling with terminal illness. They have been my best teachers! Working through difficult seasons and experiences is part of our work as humans. Meaning making and finding purpose in spite of these hardships is the work of my heart.

You are the one TRUE expert of you. When we tune in, we show up as a more full and whole version of ourselves - in both the joyous and difficult seasons of life.
