Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Virtual
Zoom. Accepting new clients for a virtual DBT group. If you have trouble with mood swings, emotional outbursts, relationships, and are feeling like you missed a class in "adulting," this is the class for you! In this virtual class, we will learn skills that will help you to have healthy, fulfilling relationships and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. With regular practice, you will be feeling like a champ in no time. The group requires active participation (so you can learn and retain the skills more quickly). Open to adults age 18 and up in Virginia, Indiana, and Colorado.
