I utilize an eclectic perspective in humanistic and holistic wellness and integrative interventions from evidenced-based modalities such as Cognitive (CBT) and Dialectical (DBT) behavioral therapies, attachment-based theory, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Maslow’s Hierarchy while incorporating trauma-informed care and multicultural awareness.
