In my practice, I primarily serve adolescents (10-19) and young adults (20s-30s-40s) with presenting issues including but not limited to anxiety, low self-esteem, career stress/uncertainty, and grief/loss. I provide specialized support to clients going through life transitions such as high school to college, college to career, and new parenthood. I also specialize in parental loss. Additionally, as a neurodivergent-affirming clinician, I work with individuals on the Autism spectrum and with ADHD, providing clients a better understanding of these neurotypes. ADHD and/or ASD evals available for adults upon request.
In-person or online, we will build a therapeutic relationship to foster growth and reflection. I will have you try out new techniques to build confidence during important life transitions and find your way if you are feeling lost. Working together, you will grow and discover a more resilient and fulfilling journey ahead.
