Welcome! I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, including child sexual and physical abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence, body image, and day to day challenges. I provide a warm, welcoming and compassionate space to be yourself. I take a person-centered approach with all of my clients. So much of the healing in therapy takes place within the therapeutic relationship. Building this foundation is a priority for me. I offer an eclectic approach, including Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

My colleagues and I offer in-person therapy in Moreau, NY, as well as remote therapy for anyone in NYS.
