Greetings! I am Laura, a trauma informed psychotherapist passionate about providing a non-judgmental therapeutic environment for adults of all ages to navigate the complexities, adversities, and stress in their lives. My passion to help and empower others is inspired by my own therapeutic journey in young adulthood and wanting the best for others. I specialize in helping those struggling with autism, life transitions, depression, ADHD, and anxiety. I often work well with clients who are experiencing social and communication issues, poor self-esteem, feelings of isolation, feeling overwhelmed, attempting perfectionism, navigating new situations, and people pleasing.
Our first session, I aim to make sure it's a comfortable experience as well as goal oriented to make sure all of your needs are seen and heard. I aim to have you take something from my toolbox with you to make your life easier each time. I am exclusively virtual and do not have in person availability.
