My approach is psychodynamic, relational, and informed by NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), which focuses on how early patterns of connection shape the way we experience ourselves and others.
We’ll explore those patterns and survival strategies you developed long ago—the ways you learned to cope, protect yourself, and manage your environment that helped you then. Rather than trying to "fix" your symptoms, we explore their deeper root cause, identify your own obstacles, and build capacity for you to relate to your inner world in a new way.
Our work is collaborative, honest, and at times gently challenging. I’m not a blank slate therapist—I show up as a real person, and I value building a strong, trusting relationship as the foundation for meaningful change.
